This time of year, Delray has lots of tourists visiting and they all have similar questions. One question everyone always has is, where should we go to dinner? Below are my top 5 restaurants for dinner in Delray Beach:
5. Casa L’Acqua
Cuisine: Italian (ish)
Where: Just off Atlantic Ave in historic house location. Has a fantastic build out and atmosphere for an intimate dinner.
Mark loves: Rack of Lamb and Chicken Parm
4. El Camino
Cuisine: Mexican
Where: Just off Atlantic Ave on 2nd Ave across from Old School Square Park. The restaurant and bar are always full and has an upbeat energy.
Mark loves: The steak and shrimp fajitas!
3. Lionfish
Cuisine: Modern Coastal
Where: On Atlantic Ave right by the Train tracks. Best location in town, with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Mark Loves: Tableside Hot Rocks and Tuna Pizza
2. Avalon
Cuisine: Steakhouse
Where: On Atlantic Ave, one block east of Swinton. The indoor/outdoor bar is a great place to sit if only 2 people.
Mark Loves: The bread (best bread in town), the tuna tartare, and the filet.
1. The Grove
Cuisine: Upscale American
Where: Pineapple grove, half a block South of The Ray Hotel.
Mark Loves: The menu is seasonal and always changing. You really can’t go wrong.
